Dynamic and passionate, Austin has dedicated his professional life to creating positive change and fostering sustainable practices in the business world. Austin's journey began with humble roots that led him to become a champion for human-centric leadership, creativity, and sustainability.

Exhibiting an early interest in business and a strong sense of social responsibility, his entrepreneurial spirit became evident during his formative years, as he explored innovative solutions to real-world problems – founding his first venture, a social platform for young entrepreneurs. This innate curiosity and drive laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.

Austin delved into the thriving wine and fine foods industries of California's Central Valley. This experience exposed him to the intricacies of sales, marketing, operations, and project management. While working in agriculture and food and beverage processing, he witnessed the potential to transform businesses into more responsible and environmentally conscious entities. 

Armed with a burning desire to make a difference, Austin set out to combine his deep understanding and passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility, with his adeptness in marketing, operations, and strategy to create a unique and innovative consulting perspective. His ultimate goal as a consultant is to help individuals and organizations thrive through human-centric leadership, creativity, and sustainability. 

His passion for promoting gender equity and empowering others to achieve leadership roles led him to become involved with 50/50 Leadership. As the Executive Board Vice Chair of the organization, he leads initiatives aimed at fostering economic empowerment and fighting for gender equity in leadership positions, Austin focuses on board management and chairs both the People Operations Team and the Marketing Team - leading by example and advocating for a more diverse and inclusive corporate landscape.

With regard to education, Austin is both a proud Tiger and a Wave. He attended the esteemed University of the Pacific, where he pursued his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Inspired by Pepperdine’s Best for the World Leadership approach, he decided to further his education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School.

As a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Certified Sustainability Professional, he is equipped with the tools to implement sustainability reporting practices and promote transparent communication in the corporate world. Additionally, he has pursued multiple certifications in Corporate Responsibility and Healthcare Management from institutions including Yale University and Pepperdine University.
