 Austin Roberts is a leadership consultant, facilitator, and entrepreneur focused on helping organizations strengthen human connection, creative problem-solving, and adaptive leadership in complex environments. He is the Co-Founder of PlayInnové, a boutique experiential consulting firm that partners with organizations to develop teams through evidence-based play, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, leadership development, psychological safety, and collaborative innovation.

Austin’s work bridges business rigor with human-centered design, empowering leaders and teams to think differently, work better together, and navigate growth, change, and uncertainty with confidence. His facilitation style blends structure, warmth, and creativity — creating psychologically safe environments where insight, alignment, and momentum emerge naturally.

His professional foundation spans the wine, agriculture, and food & beverage sectors in California, where he led initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and project management. Working close to supply chains, sustainability challenges, and fast-moving operational environments sharpened his systems thinking and strengthened his commitment to responsible leadership, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

As Co-Founder of PlayInnové, Austin designs and facilitates immersive workshops, retreats, and leadership programs that help organizations elevate collaboration, build trust, and strengthen decision-making through creative practice. PlayInnové partners with executive teams, educators, HR leaders, and mission-driven organizations to cultivate resilient cultures where learning, innovation, and human connection thrive.

In addition to his consulting work, Austin has held executive leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, including serving as Executive Board Vice Chair of 50/50 Leadership, where he led governance, people operations, and marketing initiatives focused on advancing economic empowerment and gender equity in leadership.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, where he was shaped by the institution’s “Best for the World” leadership philosophy. He is a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Certified Sustainability Professional and has completed advanced executive education in corporate responsibility and healthcare management through Yale University and Pepperdine University.
